What readers should be able to verify
Technical content should identify its purpose, author, publication date, material update date, sources, and limitations. A byline indicates that the named person has reviewed and accepted responsibility for the published content. It does not imply external peer review unless that review is explicitly documented.
Content types
Educational explanation: Teaches a concept using examples.
Practitioner interpretation: Explains a proposed approach and its reasoning.
Fictional scenario: Illustrates a situation without claiming a real project or measured outcome.
Research proposal: Describes a study that has not yet produced reported results.
Research report: Presents actual methods, results, limitations, and supporting material where permitted.
External publication: Links to a work with its actual venue, date, authorship, and review status.
Sources and authority
Use primary sources for regulatory claims where available. Identify draft status and applicability. Distinguish source text from interpretation. Industry guidance and practitioner methods should not be presented as legislation. Restricted or copyrighted source material is linked or summarized appropriately rather than reproduced without permission.
AI assistance
Where AI tools materially assist drafting, editing, or example generation, disclose that assistance. The named author remains responsible for checking sources, technical reasoning, examples, and final wording. AI-generated text is not evidence of an experiment, peer review, professional achievement, or regulatory conclusion.
Disclosure for pages adapted from this pack: “AI tools assisted preparation of this educational draft. The named author reviewed and approved the published version.” Publish the second sentence only after that review has actually occurred.
Corrections
Send the page link, disputed statement, explanation, and supporting source through the contact route. Material corrections should identify what changed and when. Preserve original publication dates; do not make an old article appear newly published merely because a typographical error was fixed.
Examples and confidentiality
Fictional examples remain labeled. Actual cases require permission and an accurate description of the contributor’s role. Remove identifying or confidential information as required, and consider whether details can identify an organization even after its name is removed.
Conflicts and affiliations
Disclose relevant commercial relationships, sponsorship, employment connections, or product involvement when they could affect interpretation. A personal opinion should not be presented as an employer’s position.
Reuse
Linking to public pages is welcome. Quote with attribution and respect applicable copyright. Any broader reuse license should be stated explicitly by the site owner; absence of a license should not be described as unrestricted permission.
